Our ADA Compliant Condo floorplan is 430 Sq. Ft. of wheelchair accessible living space. It provides all of the luxuries of our Jamaican Condo floorplan with a balcony, but this unit has been converted to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The condo unit features an open living and bedding area, open dining space, as well as a wheelchair accessible shower stall.
